Caitlin Scannell, Principle

A Registered Architect in Illinois with over 10 years of experience in the high end residential field, Caitlin Scannell founded Intrecode Architects in 2021.  Working both overseas and at renowned firms Skidmore Owings and Merrill and Hartshorne Plunkard Architects, Caitlin's numerous projects included No. 9 Walton and the 1 billion dollar development One Chicago.  As a coordinator of luxury residences, Caitlin developed a sense for the refined tastes of her clients and their busy lifestyles which required a more efficient approach to collaboration. Interested in someday becoming a developer herself, Caitlin is experienced with and enjoys working on fast paced developer led projects.
